paradrew101 Clip Studio

paradrew101 Clip Studio is the clip studio of the Streamers' Union — an invitation-only community of Twitch streamers run by streamer paradrew101 (Andrei Nikonov) on paradrew.com. It turns a member's own stream recordings into short vertical clips and, when the member asks for it, publishes a clip to the member's own YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch accounts.

What the app does

1. Cuts clips. The member picks a recording of their own Twitch stream. The studio finds the moments worth clipping and renders vertical 1080×1920 clips with subtitles.
2. Lets the member edit them. Every clip opens in an editor: move its start and end, bring back parts that were cut, fix the subtitles, rebuild the clip.
3. Publishes them. When the member presses «Опубликовать» ("Publish") and picks the platforms, the clip goes to the member's own accounts. A member can also turn on auto-publishing themselves: then the best clip of each of their streams is published three hours after it is cut, unless they press «Не выкладывать» ("Don't publish"). It is off by default.

The same features are available in Bitrate, the community's Telegram bot: it delivers the finished clips and publishes them with the same button.

Who can use it

Members of the Streamers' Union who are Twitch Affiliates or Partners. They sign in with Telegram or Twitch. Membership is by invitation only; there is no public sign-up. Visitors who are not members see a demo with a sample clip.

How the app uses Google user data

Connecting YouTube is optional. The member connects their channel themselves: «Вид клипа» → «Площадки» → YouTube → «Подключить» ("Clip look" → "Platforms" → "Connect"), and grants access on Google's own consent screen. The app requests two scopes:

• youtube.upload — to upload the clip the member chose to publish (or the one their auto-publishing picked) to the member's own channel as a public Short (videos.insert). One clip per publish; the app never uploads anything else.
• youtube.readonly — to read the ID and the title of the connected channel (channels.list with mine=true), so the member sees which channel the clips will go to: one Google account can own several channels. The title is refreshed at least every 30 days. Nothing else is read: no videos, playlists, comments, subscribers or analytics.

The app does not edit or delete anything on the member's channel.

The access token, the channel ID and the channel title are stored on the site owner's computer, on an encrypted disk, and are not shared with anyone. The channel title and the links to published clips are also kept on the paradrew.com server, to show them in the studio. «Отключить» ("Disconnect") in the studio erases the token and the stored channel data at once; revoking access on Google's third-party access page does the same within a day. paradrew101 Clip Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not transferred to third parties and not used to train AI models. People read it only when the member asks for help, for security reasons or to comply with the law. Publishing to YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The channel owner's own tools

The same Google Cloud project, under the same app name, also serves the channel owner's own command-line tools (formerly called Clip Pad). They work only with the owner's channel, Миры paradrew101: they upload the owner's videos and clips (youtube.upload) and, with youtube.force-ssl, schedule the owner's live broadcasts, set titles, translations, captions and thumbnails of the owner's own videos, and post and moderate messages in the live chat of the owner's own broadcasts. Nobody else signs in to these tools.
