November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The date is official; pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026.
How much does GTA 6 cost?
Standard Edition is $79.99, Ultimate Edition is $99.99. Those are the US dollar prices — what you pay depends on your region’s store pricing.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not at launch — PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only. The PC version hasn’t been officially announced, but going by GTA 5 and RDR 2 the port usually arrives one to two years after the console release.
What languages will GTA 6 support?
Thirteen. Rockstar published the list on the store product page when pre-orders opened on 25 June 2026: interface and subtitles in English, French, Italian, German, Russian, Japanese, Polish, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish (Mexico and Spain) and Portuguese (Brazil). Czech, Hungarian, Turkish and Ukrainian are not on it.
Is GTA 6 dubbed in other languages?
No. The voice acting is English only — Rockstar doesn’t dub its games at all, so every other language gets interface and subtitles rather than a dub.
Where is GTA 6 set?
In the fictional state of Leonida, a stand-in for Florida. The main city is Vice City, back for the first time since 2002, plus the Leonida Keys islands, the Grassrivers swamps and other regions.
Who are the main characters in GTA 6?
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos — a criminal couple in the Bonnie and Clyde mold. You play as both, switching between them.
What do you get for pre-ordering GTA 6?
The Vintage Vice City Pack: a 1955 Vapid Stanier with a personal garage, retro outfits for Jason and Lucia, and a tropical weapon finish. Everyone who buys the game before November 20, 2026 gets it.
Is GTA 6 coming to PS4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch?
No. The game is announced for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only — last-gen consoles are not getting it.
Will GTA 6 have an online mode?
Not at launch: the official pre-order materials describe the game as a single-player experience. An online mode is expected separately later, the way GTA Online arrived two weeks after GTA 5.
What time does GTA 6 unlock, and when is pre-load?
Pre-load starts on November 12, 2026 — that part is confirmed. Rockstar hasn’t named an exact unlock time, but regional timestamps in the PlayStation Store point to local midnight on November 19.
Where can I buy GTA 6?
Digitally in the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store and the Rockstar Store; boxed copies are at the usual retailers. Pre-orders have been open since June 25, 2026.
