Skeletons are the simplest product of necromancy, raised without elaborate rituals — just magic binding bones into a crude frame capable of basic movement and obedience.

Skeletal archers are rather uncommon among the necromancers; however, vampires especially value them as castle guards. After all, it is always easier to repel would‑be assailants from afar.
Passive abilities
- Ranged Attack Can attack enemies at any range. Replaced with a weaker Melee attack if an enemy is adjacent. –50% Melee Damage. Targets 3 or more hexes away take –10% Damage per hex (up to –50%).
